Mason Peatling enters year 2 of a 3-year deal in NBL22. Peatling, a 203cm forward, started his career at Melbourne United as a development player and emerged as an NBL Champion, and has now been upgraded to a rostered position for the next two seasons.
Peatling, a Melbourne native, enjoyed a junior career at the Dandenong Rangers, and represented his state multiple times at the Australian Junior Basketball Championships, before being recruited to Eastern Washington Eagles in 2015. Peatling had the opportunity to play and learn alongside former NBL star Jacob Wiley as well as former Melbourne United players Venky Jois and Felix Von Hofe, across his career of four seasons.
