Delly played eight seasons in the NBA after going undrafted in 2013, amassing almost 450 NBA games at the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Milwaukee Bucks. Known for his incredible passion and competitiveness, the point guard earned cult hero status because of his relentless hustle and tenacity.
The Victorian-native was part of the 2016 NBA Championship-winning Cleveland Cavaliers, where he played alongside Lebron James, Kevin Love and Kyrie Irving. Dellavedova has also represented Australia at both the London and Rio Olympics as well as at the past two FIBA World Cups.
Dellavedova has made his long-awaited return to Victoria, and basketball fans across the country will be jumping at the chance to see one of the best players to ever wear the green and gold on a basketball court, on a weekly basis in a Melbourne United jersey.
