Stomping Ground Brewery partners with Melbourne United

Melbourne United has introduced the newest brand into their family of partners with the addition of Stomping Ground Brewing Co. as the official beer of Melbourne United.

Founded in 2016, Stomping Ground has grown into Australia’s Champion Large Independent Brewery with three beer halls across Victoria.

Having grown into a team of over 150 diverse and talented people, Stomping Ground have been consistently and passionately supporting the arts, sport, local charities, schools and community groups since day one through their ‘Giving Ground’ initiatives.

Co-Founder Justin Joiner touched on his excitement to partner with Melbourne United.

“We are super excited to announce our partnership with Melbourne United,” he said.

“We love celebrating everything that is great about Melbourne so who better to support than our number one basketball team!

“Melbourne United are a great organisation that lives and breathes their values. We love their inclusive, welcoming ethos and their focus on community. With John Cain Arena not far from our brewery in Collingwood and Hoop City just down the road from our beer hall in Moorabbin, we look forward to engaging with all the Melbourne United supporters in our neighbourhoods.”

Melbourne United CEO Nick Truelson was equally thrilled to be partnering with Stomping Ground, particularly due to the way the two organisations value working within the community.
