Welcome to STAT WRAP, Melbourne United’s weekly round-up of all the key stats from our games. Take a look below at who shined on the court, and the trends leading the way throughout the team.
ELITE ILI
Shea Ili’s performance on Saturday evening will go down as one of the best in his 147 games with Melbourne United.
The dynamic Kiwi finished with 18 points, seven rebounds, six assists and two steals, while adding an unmatched level of defensive intensity.
So far in NBL25, Ili is averaging the highest scoring output of his career (11.3 points per game), as well as his most assists (4.8) and rebounds (3.4) in a season.

LEE LETHAL AROUND THE HOOP
Once again, Marcus Lee played an instrumental role coming off the bench in another United victory.
Lee created extra opportunities for his teammates, with four of his 10 rebounds coming on the offensive glass, while at the other end he deterred the JackJumpers from coming into the paint with his three blocked shots.
Lee is averaging 2.2 blocks per game across his last five outings.
HISTORIC PASSING NUMBERS
Ball movement has been a strength of our group across the entire season. This was on display once again on Saturday evening, as we dished out 24 assists in the 96-94 victory.
That was our 17th game with at least 20 assists, which goes down as the second most such games in a regular season in the modern 40-minute era. The only team with more is the NBL21 Perth Wildcats, who played 36 regular season games.
We own a 12-5 record when tallying 20 or more assists this season.
Rob Loe and-1 and we take the lead.
