Makuach Maluach - Darwin
Makuach Maluach had a tremendously busy weekend in the NBL1 North, playing three games in three days.
United’s new signing averaged 21.3 points across the weekend while picking up a pair of wins, including a 27-point, 12-rebound, six-assist effort against the Northside Wizards.
Shea Ili - Sandringham
It was another masterful effort from Shea Ili as Sandringham took down Waverley in a highly anticipated matchup.
Ili finished with 25 points, four rebounds and four assists in the 102-94 victory.
David Barlow - Sandringham
Entering the starting lineup in place of David Okwera, who was part of the Boomers training camp over the weekend, Barlow played an important role in the Sabres victory.
Barlow pulled down five rebounds and scored three points in the wire-to-wire win.
Dion Prewster - Sandringham
Putting together perhaps his best game of the NBL1 season so far, Dion Prewster was on fire for Sandringham.
Prewster helped the Sabres open up a 22-point first quarter lead and never looked back, scoring 26 points of his own.
Davo Hickey - Casey
Davo battled tight defence over the weekend against Eltham, scoring 15 points as his shorthanded Casey side went down by 19 points.
