From Saturday 22^nd August 2026, all tickets to Melbourne United home games played at John Cain Arena will be sold via Melbourne Park’s new ticketing partner AXS.

Prior to the transition all tickets remain available for sale via Ticketek or https://pages.melbourneutd.com.au/nbl27-tickets-hub/

Once the transition is completed, purchasing tickets to our home games remains easy. Simply follow the below steps. Please note, when purchasing tickets via AXS for the first time you will need to create an account.

1. Visit https://melbourneutd.com.au/tickets
2. Select the game you would like to attend, and you will be redirected to the AXS website to purchase your tickets.
3. Select your seats and complete your purchase.

Alternatively, you can use the AXS mobile app to purchase tickets.

1. Open the AXS Mobile app and search for 'Melbourne United'
2. Select the game you would like to attend
3. Select your seats and enter payment information

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
5 Game, 3 Game and Full Season General Reserve Members - If you have already purchased a ticket or have booked tickets using your membership via Ticketek to one of our home games at John Cain Arena your tickets remain valid.

Prior to the transition all customers will receive communication from Ticketek. Once your tickets are available to access in your AXS account you will be notified.
