Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is Melbourne United Basketball Club.

2. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.
   ‍
3. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Melbourne United are not eligible to enter the competition.
   ‍
4. The competition opens at 8:00am AEST on Monday 19 May 2026 and closes at 8:00am AEST on Wednesday 21 May 2026.

5. To enter, participants must submit their email address via the official Melbourne United website pop-up form during the promotional period.
   ‍
6. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
   ‍
7. By entering the competition, entrants consent to receiving communications, marketing and promotional material from Melbourne United. Entrants may unsubscribe from communications at any time.
   ‍
8. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
   ‍
9. The winner will receive one (1) signed Joe Ingles NBL27 Melbourne United home jersey. The prize value exceeds AUD $150.
   ‍
10. Joe Ingles jerseys will become available closer to the commencement of the NBL27 season. The prize will be mailed to the winner once stock becomes available and Joe is here to sign the jersey.

11. The winner will be contacted via email using the details provided at entry.

12. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of initial contact, Melbourne United reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select a new winner.

13. Melbourne United reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and suburb/state across its digital and social media channels.
    ‍
14. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
    ‍
15. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Melbourne United’s control, Melbourne United reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value.

16. Melbourne United reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

17. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by Melbourne United.
