Both Australia and New Zealand went without a loss in their pair of 2025 Asia Cup Qualifiers

Melbourne United’s representation across this weekend’s 2025 Asia Cup Qualifiers couldn’t have gone any better, with both Flynn Cameron and Jacob Chance helping New Zealand and Australia respectively to victories.

Cameron appeared in one of the Tall Blacks’ pair of games, fuelling New Zealand's huge 39-point win over Hong Kong in Auckland.

The first-year guard was among the game’s most efficient players, finishing the contest as a +29 in under 15 minutes, while also contributing five rebounds, four assists and three points.

In Jakarta, Chance oversaw Australia’s second win of the FIBA Window, as the Boomers blazed away from Indonisia by 55 points.

This came after a 14-point win over Korea in Bendigo on Thursday night.

The Boomers now sit on top of Ground A, while New Zealand are in second place in Group B.

The only way to make sure you’re there to see Cameron and Chance back with Melbourne United is to secure your seat to our Playoff Games.
