He was joined on the court by United teammate Mason Peatling, who donned the green and gold for the first time in his basketball career on Thursday evening.
Peatling delivered his usual brand of energy when he hit the hardwood, pulling down four offensive rebounds before scoring his first points for the Boomers at the free-throw line.
The pair will next take to the court on Sunday at 3pm as Australia hosts Kazakhstan, who fell to China by 12 points on Thursday.
