Melbourne United bringing clubs together through The Grassroots Game

Melbourne United is excited to announce that The Grassroots Game will return once again for the NBL26 season.

A celebration of community basketball across Victoria, The Grassroots Game provides an opportunity for clubs to stand united with us when we take on the Cairns Taipans on Sunday 12 October from 4:30pm at John Cain Arena.

To best embrace grassroots basketball, we’re encouraging young hoopers to attend the game in their local organisation uniforms, which will grant them access to an exclusive post-match player signing with Melbourne United players.

With amazing prizes up for grabs such as a Melbourne United Player Appearance* and signed memorabilia rewarding groups with 10 to 100+ people, it’s an unbelievable opportunity to see the best basketball in Australia.
