Melbourne United partner with Mojo Crowe ahead of NBL24

Melbourne United is thrilled to have aligned itself with Australian mindset and performance experts Mojo Crowe ahead of the upcoming NBL24 season.

Having worked with the likes of Andre Agassi, Ash Barty, Dylan Alcott and the Richmond Tigers, founder Ben Crowe came into Hoop City Cheltenham to speak to United’s playing group this preseason.

Mojo Crowe's core philosophy is built on the foundation of three mindsets - Connection, Purpose and Performance - which answer three core questions; Who am I?, What do I want? and How do I get there?

The answer to these questions helps people embrace their imperfections, develop unconditional self-worth and build an internal philosophy that balances achievement with fulfilment and confidence with happiness.

Melbourne United CEO Nick Truelson touched on his excitement to be partnering with Mojo Crowe.

“About 20 years ago I was lucky enough to meet Ben when he worked with Nike, and I had a dream of working in professional sport,” he said.

“Since then, he has helped millions of people through his mindset coaching and Mojo App, including working to guide world champion individuals and teams to achieve the ultimate goal across all sports.

“One thing off the field we have discussed is how sometimes one percent is all that might make the difference. We want to play to the buzzer every game and we think that we can gain an edge in the mindset area every night, creating something special and a point of difference over our competitors.

After being welcomed into United’s program, Ben Crowe voiced his hopes for how he can help the entire organisation this coming season.
