Melbourne United to ring in the new year

Melbourne United are set to kick off its annual post-Christmas road trip with a blockbuster clash with the Cairns Taipans on New Year's Eve.

United will look to resume its dominant form towards the top end, having won four of their last five matchups in Cairns dating back to January 2021.
