Melbourne United welcome Michael Schneider to Executive Board

Melbourne United is thrilled to announce the appointment of Bunnings Group Managing Director, Michael Schneider to our Executive Board.
Michael joined Bunnings in 2005 and was appointed Managing Director in 2016, after successfully leading the Store Operations division through an incredible growth period.
Before joining Bunnings, Michael held a range of senior operational, commercial and human resource roles across regional and national markets, both in retail and financial services businesses.
Co-Chair of the Melbourne United Executive Board Craig Hutchison said: “We are delighted to welcome Mike to Melbourne United. He brings a wealth of business skills and experience that will be incredibly valuable to our organisation, as we embark upon an important and exciting new phase for the Club.”

Melbourne United won the 2017-18 Hungry Jack’s NBL Championship and were runners-up in 2018-19. United reached the semi-finals last season and are currently placed second on the ladder in the NBL21 season.
