MUBA Holiday Camps set to take off

The Melbourne United Basketball Academy (MUBA) is set to launch its upcoming suite of Holiday Camps.

Designed by Melbourne United Head Coach Dean Vickerman and his coaching staff, The MUBA provides an opportunity for athletes aged from under 12 to 18 to be a part of an elite basketball program.

The first of these camps will be the Talent ID Camp on the 28th of June, which aims to identify and evaluate the capacity of athletes who are considered to have the skill, physical attributes, and work ethic to advance to the MUBA Training Program.

Led by Melbourne United staff and top coaches from Victoria, athletes will be put through their paces and participate in a series of drills to show our MUBA Talent ID scouts what they've got!

Registration for the Talent ID Camps are open for Under 12 to Under 14s here, and for Under 16s to Under 18s here.

Following this, The MUBA will launch its new 2-Day Skill Development Camp, which will focus on building the skills and elite training habits for young male and female athletes from Under 12s, all the way through to Under 18s.

This camp will run across the 30th of June and 1st of July at MSAC from 9am - 3pm.

Finally, The MUBA will hold its Shooting and Handles Camp for those looking to hone their skills alongside elite coaches and players.

The camp will be held at St. Bernard's Collegein Essendon on the 4th of July from 9am - 12pm for players aged from Under 12s to Under 18s.
