Squad Update - Round 7

16 Nov
1 min read

Melbourne United will be without a pair of key players for Thursday night’s clash with the Adelaide 36ers.

Shea Ili will miss the game after making a successful return from concussion symptoms, however despite not having another incident, he experienced some mild symptoms during the FIBA window break.

United have decided to be extra conservative and put him through another fitness and training block before he will return to play again in a few weeks time.

Newly-signed big-man Marcus Lee will also miss the contest but is expected to play in Saturday’s Throwdown XVIII battle with the South East Melbourne Phoenix.

Mason Peatling returns for the first time this season after recovering from off-season knee surgery, and Nominated Replacement Player Lachie Barker remains in the team.

Tickets to Melbourne’s game against the 36ers remain available, and with $1 hotdogs available until tip-off, it’s the perfect excuse to get out and enjoy some world-class basketball!
