United to face Tasmania JackJumpers in Hungry Jack’s Semi Finals

After a dramatic final round of NBL22, Melbourne United’s first round opponent for the Hungry Jack’s NBL Finals has been confirmed.

United will face the Tasmania JackJumpers, with Game One of the series to be held at John Cain Arena on Thursday 28 April at 7.30pm.

The JJs were one of only two sides to come away with a pair of wins over Melbourne this season, however both came with Melbourne fielding a significantly undermanned lineup.

United are expecting to have a fully-healthy roster coming into Thursday, with Matthew Dellavedova, Jack White and David Barlow all set to return to the court.

This boost to their depth, a facet of Melbourne’s game which has been praised all year, paired with the energy provided by a roaring JCA crowd is sure to have the defending champions firing on all cylinders come Thursday.
