White closing G League season in blistering form

Written by Melbourne United Media

Former Melbourne United star Jack White is putting together a dominant run of form to close his first season in the NBA G League.

White, who has played 25 games for the Grand Rapids Gold, the G League affiliate for the Denver Nuggets, has been nearly unstoppable across his last five games.

The 200cm Traralgon native is averaging 26.8 points and 11.4 rebounds in his last five games with the Gold, throwing down powerful dunks and cashing in on clutch triples in the process.

Grand Rapids have one game remaining this season, a clash with the Cleveland Charge on Friday at 10am, after which White will return to Denver to resume activities with the team as a contracted two-way player.
