Melbourne United brought back the Open Air Game in 2015, and have since played 10 such games.

Speaking after last year’s game, former NBA Championship winner Ian Clark spoke about how it was one of the most iconic games he’s ever been a part of.

“It’s definitely one of the biggest games that I’ve played in,” he said.

“It’s a fun environment, obviously it being a packed out crowd as well with the fans coming out. It’s hard not to get up for.”
