1. Promoter

1.1 The promoters of this competition are Melbourne United Basketball Club Pty Ltd (Melbourne United) and Ozito Industries Pty Ltd (Ozito).

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to all residents of Victoria, Australia.

2.2 Employees of Melbourne United, Ozito, their agents and immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1 To enter, participants must nominate a junior basketball player who leads by example and makes a positive impact both on and off the court via https://ozitojuniorgamechanger.au1.komo.site/

3.2 Entry is free.

3.3 Multiple entries are permitted, provided each nomination is unique.

4. Competition Period

4.1 The competition opens on Tuesday 09 September 2026.

4.2 The competition closes at the conclusion of the 2026/27 NBL Season.

4.3 Entries received outside of this period will not be valid.

5. Prizes

5.1 Game-to-Game Prizes:

5.2 A “Junior Game Changer” will be selected prior to each Melbourne United NBL27 home game.

5.3 Each Game Changer will receive recognition on the big screen, an Ozito prize pack, four tickets to a Melbourne United home game and a piece of signed merchandise.

5.4 Major Prizes:

5.5 At the conclusion of the NBL27 season, two (2) major prize winners will be selected.

5.6 Each winner will receive $5,000 for their nominated Club or Association.

5.7 Game tickets will be provided as mobile tickets.

5.8 Prize pack collection or delivery will be arranged privately.

5.9 Major prize winners will be presented with their prize at the end of the season and may be required to participate in a photo opportunity.

5.10 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Winners will be selected based on the content of their nomination. Entrants must provide details about how their nominated club or association is making a positive impact in the community.

6.2 A Melbourne United representative will review all valid nominations and select the winners.

6.3 Game-to-game winners will be chosen prior to each Melbourne United NBL27 home game.

6.4 Two major prize winners will be selected at the end of the NBL27 season.

6.5 Judging will take place at Melbourne United’s offices in Melbourne.

7. Notification and Publication

7.1 Winners will be notified by email. If no response is received within a reasonable timeframe, winners will then be contacted by phone.

7.2 Game-to-game winners will be acknowledged on game day and via Melbourne United social media.

7.3 Game-to-game winners agree to be shown on the big screen live at a Melbourne United home game.

7.4 Major prize winners will be acknowledged via Melbourne United social media channels.

8. Use of Data

8.1 By entering, participants agree that their details will be added to the Melbourne United database and may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Melbourne United and Ozito, in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies.

9. Liability

9.1 Melbourne United and Ozito are not responsible for:

a. Any lost, late or misdirected entries.

b. Technical issues preventing entry.

c. Loss of or damage to any prize once it has been dispatched or collected.

9.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

10.2 By entering, participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
