1. Promoters

1.1 The promoters of the Tyrepower Pulse competition (“Competition”) are:

a. Melbourne United Basketball Pty Ltd (ABN 60 626 901 102), located at 77-79 Tulip Street, Cheltenham VIC 3192; and

b. Tyrepower Marketing (Region A) Limited (ABN 89 006 180 427), located at 856-860 Doncaster Road, Doncaster East VIC 3109,

together referred to as the “Promoters”.

2. Competition Period

2.1 The Competition begins at 9:00 am on Saturday, 19 September 2026 and ends at the conclusion of Melbourne United’s final game of the 2026-27 NBL season, including any finals in which Melbourne United participates (“Competition Period”).

2.2 All dates and times referred to in these Terms and Conditions are based on the local time in Melbourne, Victoria (AEST or AEDT, as applicable).

2.3 Entries will open ahead of each Melbourne United home game during the Competition Period, including any home finals (“Eligible Game”).

2.4 The entry page will identify the Eligible Game currently open for predictions. Entries for each Eligible Game close at its published tip-off time unless otherwise advised by the Promoters.

2.5 If an Eligible Game is postponed or rescheduled, the Promoters may adjust the applicable entry period. Any updated details will be published on the Competition entry page or Melbourne United’s official channels.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 13 years or older.

3.2 Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from their parent or legal guardian to enter. If an entrant under 18 is selected as the winner, the Promoters may require their parent or legal guardian to confirm that permission and accept the prize on the entrant’s behalf.

3.3 Employees and immediate family members of the Promoters and their related entities, agencies, contractors and prize suppliers directly associated with the Competition are not eligible to enter.

3.4 For these Terms and Conditions, “immediate family” includes a spouse, former spouse, de facto partner, child, parent, grandparent, grandchild or sibling, whether by birth, marriage, adoption or household relationship.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, an eligible participant must, during the applicable entry period:

a. Visit https://tyrepowerpulse.au1.komo.site

b. Provide all details requested on the entry form.

c. Predict the final score of the nominated Eligible Game.

d. Predict which Melbourne United player will be the team’s highest scorer in that game.

4.2 There is no cost to enter. Any internet access or data charges incurred are the entrant’s responsibility.

4.3 Only one entry per person is permitted for each Eligible Game.

4.4 Each valid entry submitted for an Eligible Game will count as one entry in the end-of-season prize draw. An entrant may therefore receive one entry for every Eligible Game for which they submit a valid prediction.

4.5 The accuracy of an entrant’s prediction does not affect their eligibility for the prize draw. Every valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

4.6 Predictions cannot be changed after the applicable entry period has closed.

4.7 For the purposes of recording predictions:

a. The final score means the official score at the conclusion of the game, including any overtime.

b. Melbourne United’s highest scorer will be determined using the official NBL game statistics. If two or more Melbourne United players are tied as the team’s highest scorer, each tied player will be considered a correct prediction.

4.8 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, submitted after the relevant closing time, generated automatically, submitted using false information or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid.

4.9 If multiple entries are received from the same person for an Eligible Game, the Promoters may retain only the first valid entry received and disqualify all subsequent entries for that game.

5. Prize

5.1 One winner will receive:

a. $1,000 in Tyrepower vouchers.

b. One Melbourne United 2026-27 team-signed jersey, valued at approximately $250.

5.2 The total maximum retail value of the prize is approximately $1,250.

5.3 Tyrepower vouchers are valid for use at participating Tyrepower locations in Australia and are subject to any conditions, restrictions and expiry dates stated on the vouchers.

5.4 The signed jersey’s appearance, size and signatures may vary according to availability.

5.5 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash or other benefits.

5.6 If any component of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoters’ reasonable control, the Promoters may substitute that component with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law and the winner’s written agreement where required.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

6.2 Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being drawn. An entrant who submits a valid entry for more than one Eligible Game will have one entry in the draw for each Eligible Game entered.

6.3 The draw will take place at 12:00 pm on the fifth business day following Melbourne United’s final game of the 2026-27 NBL season at Melbourne United Basketball, 77-79 Tulip Street, Cheltenham VIC 3192.

6.4 Entrants do not need to be present at the draw.

6.5 The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility and identity of the selected entrant before confirming them as the winner.

6.6 If the selected entry is invalid or the entrant is ineligible, the Promoters may conduct a further random draw from the remaining valid entries.

6.7 The Promoters’ decision is final, subject to applicable law, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification, Claim and Prize Delivery

7.1 The provisional winner will be contacted by email or telephone using the contact details provided with their entry within two business days of the draw.

7.2 The provisional winner must respond and provide any information reasonably requested by the Promoters to verify their eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.

7.3 If the provisional winner:

a. Cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts.

b. Does not claim the prize within seven days of being notified.

c. Is found to be ineligible.

d. Has submitted an invalid entry.

The provisional winner will forfeit the prize and the Promoters will conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries.

7.4 Any redraw will take place at 12:00 pm on the next business day following the expiry of the applicable claim period at Melbourne United Basketball, 77-79 Tulip Street, Cheltenham VIC 3192.

7.5 A redraw winner will be contacted by email or telephone within two business days of the redraw.

7.6 The prize will be delivered to the confirmed winner’s nominated Australian address within 28 days of the applicable draw. Alternatively, the winner may arrange to collect the prize from 77-79 Tulip Street, Cheltenham VIC 3192.

7.7 The Promoters are not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver the prize caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner.

8. Data Sharing and Privacy

8.1 The Promoters will collect entrants’ personal information to administer the Competition, validate entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize.

8.2 Personal information submitted through the Competition entry page will be shared with Melbourne United Basketball and Tyrepower.

8.3 Where an entrant has provided the relevant consent, the Promoters may also use their personal information to send marketing and promotional communications.

8.4 Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe facility provided in those communications. Opting out will not invalidate an otherwise valid Competition entry.

8.5 The Promoters may disclose personal information to service providers assisting with the administration of the Competition, including the Competition platform provider and prize-delivery providers.

8.6 Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the relevant Promoter.

8.7 If an entrant does not provide the information requested on the entry form, the Promoters may be unable to accept their entry or award them the prize.

9. General Conditions

9.1 By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

9.2 The Promoters reserve the right to verify entries and request proof of an entrant’s identity, age, residential address and eligibility. The form of proof required will be determined by the Promoters acting reasonably.

9.3 The Promoters may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct intended to undermine the fair and proper operation of the Competition.

9.4 If the Competition cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances outside the Promoters’ reasonable control, including technical failures, fraud, unauthorised intervention, game cancellation or any other cause affecting the Competition’s fairness or integrity, the Promoters may modify, suspend or terminate the Competition, subject to applicable law.

9.5 The Promoters are not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or not received due to technical problems or circumstances outside their reasonable control.

9.6 If an Eligible Game is abandoned or cancelled, entries validly received for that game will remain eligible for the end-of-season prize draw unless the Promoters advise otherwise.

9.7 The prize value stated in these Terms and Conditions is accurate at the beginning of the Competition Period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in value after that date.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

10.2 Subject to clause 10.1 and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoters and their related entities will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered in connection with the Competition or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by the Promoters’ negligence or wilful misconduct.

10.3 Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are able to use the prize and comply with any conditions applying to the Tyrepower vouchers.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

11.2 Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and any courts that may hear appeals from those courts.
