Why have I received another email after unsubscribing?

When you unsubscribe from Melbourne United marketing, we aim to update your preferences promptly.

However, because Melbourne United and the NBL use connected systems, there may be occasions where a later interaction with an NBL platform records a new preference or again identifies your profile as being connected to Melbourne United. This may occur, for example, if you subsequently select Melbourne United as your favourite team or provide fresh consent to receive relevant communications.

There may also be a short processing period after submitting an unsubscribe request. Australian requirements generally allow up to five business days for an unsubscribe request to take effect.
