Kyle Bowen is set to represent Australia across the Boomers pair of Asia Cup Qualifying games against Thailand and Korea.

The forward is in the midst of a strong campaign with Melbourne United, averaging a career-high in points, rebounds, assists and blocks.

Bowen is also fresh off his first start of the season, where he tallied nine points, nine rebounds, two assists and two steals in 27 minutes.

The 24-year-old joins United captain Chris Goulding, and assistant coach Jacob Chance, who was selected to lead the team across the pair of games.

The Boomers will first face Thailand in Bangkok on 21 November at 11pm AEDT, before facing Korea in Goyang on 24 November from 5pm AEDT.
