Overview
One of the NBL's greatest ever scorers, Chris Goulding continues to shine on the court with Melbourne United.
Heading into his 20th NBL campaign, Goulding remains one of the competition's best three-point shooters, having made more long-range baskets than any other player in the modern 10-minute era, and the third most in NBL history.
Born in Launceston, Goulding started his career as a Development Player with the Brisbane Bullets, where he won a Championship, before moving to the Perth Wildcats and Gold Coast Blaze.
The sharpshooter eventually found his long-term home in Melbourne, first joining the organisation when it was the Tigers, where he led the league in scoring in 2013-14, before winning a pair of titles when the club became United.
Ahead of NBL27, Goulding has tallied the 12th-most wins (307), 14th-most games (507) and 22nd most points (7,422) in NBL history.
Outside of the NBL, Goulding has been a regular member of the Australian Boomers team. At the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, Goulding helped the Boomers claim their first ever medal finish, defeating Slovenia to claim a Bronze Medal.
